Jimmy left his career as a corporate learning executive in the banking industry to return to his creative roots. With an almost 30-year career in adult education, he knows how to shape information and advice in ways that make it easy for his listeners to understand.
He provides wise guidance based on his own experiences in order to bring his community of listeners on a journey to find love and thrive in relationships. Though funny, and often direct, Jimmy, along with DaBeamer, dives into the psychological and social impacts of dating struggles.
Jimmy Lee Lard was born and raised in Chicago. He grew up in the west side neighborhood of K-Town in the North Lawndale community. He attended the renown, Lindblom Technical High School on the south side before attending college at DePaul University on the city's north side. Though his life and career have given him an opportunity to live in the South, Washington DC, and now the Upper-Midwest, he is a Chicagoan through and through.
Despite a lucrative career, he still found time to explore his passions in the music, film, and television industries and is a true creative at heart. Jimmy is also quite the traveler with many countries and destinations already checked off his list!
